Question: I can t function for longer than 12 hours. Why? Hypothyroidism?

I wake up before 9am, eat breakfast and immediately work on my projects (I work from home), I have little breaks during the day, often I get sleepy even like 2 or 3 hours after waking up but I manage to work okay until the clock hits 9pm, then I suddenly feel so tired I cannot force myself to focus on anything. That s every day for me for the past couple of months even though I always get at least 8 hours of sleep, would lack of exercise or social interaction be causing this?
I do also experience muscle and joint pains, depression, dry skin so could this be hypothyroidism?
